Aromatic amines (tyramine, phenethylamine), flavonoids (2.2%), proanthocyanidins, amino acids, polyphenols (chlorogenic acid), tannins, organic acids, sugars, vitamin C (5%), vitamin A, B1, B6, sugars, minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium).

Take 1-3 cups a day

Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of dried herb into a glass quart jar (4 cups). Pour boiling water over the herbs. Let steep for at least 15 minutes. Strain and drink.
